Beola Le'Shaun Consulting, or BLC, is a Woman & Minority Owned Information Systems, Technology, Design and Talent Acquisition firm. We partner with nonprofits, small-to-medium businesses —SMBs & SMBEs —and enterprises, educational institutions, startups, individuals, and other organizations ready to transform their operations.
 

Our Story

BLC was built out of necessity —born from a vision to create something better. We saw talented people being underutilized and undercompensated, forced to wear multiple hats without proper recognition or opportunity. That's not how it should be.
 

In our early years, we focused on delivering information systems, technology, design, and consulting services. And by early 2020, we were in a strong position. Then COVID-19 hit and threatened everything. That pivotal moment forced us to refocus our mission and ask: What can we do that matters most?
 

Our Mission

We realized there were countless talented people —people of color, women in technology and engineering, women-identified individuals, Indigenous people, non-binary, and LGBTQIA2+ individuals —who weren't being given fair opportunities in their careers. So we redirected BLC to become an equal opportunity platform dedicated to helping those who wouldn't normally be represented in their industries.
