PHASE 1: Pre-Project
First we’ll discuss your business and what you hope to achieve with a new website.
Usually over email or phone, we’ll talk about the details of the website, including sitemap, pages, extra features, etc.
Once we review all the specifics, we will send over an estimate outlining the scope of the project
We will ask that you give us 1-2 examples websites as inspiration for your website
Please provide us with copy and content for the home page
Finally, we'll send a contract and your first invoice. The project will officially start after we receive the contract and deposit.
PHASE 2: Layout & Design
Next, we'll create a design based on our discussions and send it to you for review.
This usually includes a full design of the home page, what we call a mock-up website, and creation of the secondary pages without content.
This is just to show you what the site will look like if you decide to continue with the design as is. You can revise the design 3 times before we’ll discuss other options.
We won’t move on until you are 100% satisfied and on board with the way your site looks!
PHASE 3: Application
We will ask that at this point, 100% of the content, i.e. copy, images, etc, should have been sent over to us.
As this phase consists of applying the rest of the content, integrating the features and functionality you requested, and testing for bugs as well as mobile and browser compatibility.
Phase 4: Final feedback
Now that the website is ready, We want to hear your final feedback!
If there is anything that needs tweaking we will make the changes before the site goes live.
Phase 5: Launch & Training
In this phase, your website is made live for customers or clients to see. The one (1) hour training is included to learn how to use the CMS so you can make changes to the website yourself.
